SPB Shell 3D Launcher – Android App Review

One of the best features about Android is having total control over how you customize your device. More specifically, Launchers and Skins give Android users access to tons of new user interfaces and features. In addition, a bunch of Android devices are subject to bloatware. When this happens, the average user probably is not interested in playing around with custom ROM’s or even rooting. Putting aside some of the more well known launchers, SPB Software recently release SPB Shell 3D. The app, which will cost you $14.95 in the Android Market, will bring a whole new look and feel to [...]
App Review: Shake, Raffle and Roll

Whether you’re the one deciding on where you and your friends will eat for lunch, or you’re the raffle facilitator for a corporate event, there’s no need to worry about tossing a coin or rolling pieces of paper. Shake, Raffle and Roll is the app that can do all those for you. Windows Phone 7 Spotify app review

Before we look at Spotify, it is worth pointing out that it is up against Microsoft’s own Zune with its monthly unlimited pass, and Nokia’s Nokia Music which takes a very different approach of giving you selection of music to listen to each week. The Spotify app, which is free but will require you to have a £9.99 a month subscription, takes a different tack to both Microsoft and Nokia’s offerings and will be the most appealing to those already taking advantage of Spotify on their Sonos system or desktop without ads. Load the app, sign in and you are [...]
